Background Story:

Winnie is a passionate and humorous friend. Her life is pretty interesting cause she has lived in Jamaica, England, and China for many years, and also has been a great teacher for decades, so her students are all over the world. One day she told me that she had lived in China for 5 years and wanted to give herself a special gift to mark this moment.

Winnie loved the visual impact of the vibrant colors, so I combined the colors of the Jamaican, British and Chinese flags in the painting. The meaning of the painting is that Winnie is chasing and spreading knowledge to the students and leading them like the sun. She looked thoughtfully and said, "This is a perfect interpretation of my life, both in color and moral!"

These strong colors describe her wonderful life perfectly. Not only has she been a teacher but also a friend to thousands of people, they learned and made progress together. So, while she enriches her life, she is also shining like a diamond!
